Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Over the past decade Proof Productions of Sewell NJ, a large stage set production company, has enlisted the skill set of Urban Neon to produce the sign and specialty lighting components for their stage sets and marquee productions. In the fall of 2017, Urban Neon and Proof Productions teamed up once again to transform the marquees at 43rd and 42nd Street and the Lyric Theater in Manhattan for the upcoming production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two”

 

Our scope of work included building and assembling three sets of large marquee channel letters with digitally printed faces and warm white internal LED lighting. In addition to the letters, Urban Neon produced the marquee sign band faces complete with routed moon and star icons and faux rivet heads. The production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is expected to run on Broadway for at least the next 10 years.
